Crookedstone House & Cattery offers boarding for cats from our property in Aldergrove, Co. Antrim. These terms apply to all enquiries and bookings made with us ("we", "us"), whether made by phone, in person, or through our contact form. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries and bookings

Bookings are currently arranged directly with us by phone or through our contact form. Get in touch and we will confirm availability, pricing, and any deposit required with you personally.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your dates, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Cancellation terms, including any notice period and charges for late cancellation, are agreed with you directly at the time of booking.

Vaccination requirements

[CONFIRM: exact vaccination requirements, e.g. up-to-date Feline Herpesvirus, Calicivirus and Panleukopenia (F3) vaccination, certificate required at drop-off] We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat that cannot provide proof of current vaccination at drop-off.

Health and medical care

You must disclose any known medical conditions, medication, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will take reasonable care of your cat in line with the information you provide, but cannot be held responsible for conditions not disclosed to us. In the event of illness or a veterinary emergency during your cat’s stay, we will attempt to contact you and, where necessary, seek veterinary attention on your cat’s behalf at your expense.

Opening hours and closed dates

Drop-off and collection must take place within our published opening hours. We are closed for drop-off and collection on 1 January, 12 July, and 25–26 December, with restricted 11am–12pm hours on certain other holidays as published on our contact page.

Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of cats in our care, we accept no liability for illness, injury, loss, or death except where caused by our own negligence.

Changes to a booking

If your dates change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the new dates, subject to availability.
